Some of the workers are very nice. There is one older guy there , ( not sure if he owns it) He is very rude everytime I see him talking to customers. He should be a little more Courteous to customers.

It's honestly so heartwarming and surprising that stores like this still exist. Jeff has been infinitely helpful and patiently offered so much of his time and expertise. Especially as first time homeowners with no family anywhere in New England, I can't describe how grateful and happy I am to have found this store so close our new home. Can't recommend them strongly enough for hardware, home improvement, diy, paint or rental needs. No more home depot or Lowe's for us!

Poor service on small engine repair. I dropped off a snowblower for repair and told them what was wrong with it. They held it for over 2 1/2 months only to tell me they could not repair it and charged me $65 to give me the "diagnosis" of exactly what I already told them the problem was. Very dissatisfied. If you are looking for small engine repair, find someplace else.

All people in the soter must wear a mask which covers their mouth and nose. The common "touch surfaces" in the stores are sanitized each evening using an EPA approved sanitizer provent o be effective on Covid We also continue to offer curbside pickup
I'm sorry, we do not do onsite repairs. Invariably we would end up making at least onee or more extra trips out because we would find we needed to do more than expected or need parts that were unanticipated. We are currently working on leaf equipment and snowblowers. We will be taking lawn equipment in beginning February 1st.
