I would NOT recommend an appliance purchase from this location. I paid nearly $600 dollars directly to this location to handle delivery after my online dishwasher purchase, was given an installation date, which subsequently came and went with no contact or appearance by the delivery company contracted by this Lowe's. Now, 3 weeks post delivery date, no further contact from the delivery service, no one answers at the delivery company if I try to follow up, and no one seems able to help at the Lowe's location either. My dishwasher simply sits in my dining room in a box. Not the experience I'd recommend. Go elsewhere!!

Follow Up: I have bumped this review to 4 stars because I saw the manager (Matt?) who handled my complaint perfectly: First, he confirmed that the store policy in this instance is to bring an assembled grill for next available delivery and to take the boxed one as a return, which is what was arranged. Second, he offered appropriate compensation re delivery fees for my time and inconvenience of having to drive a half hour to the store to sort this out. Perfectly handled. Original review below: Giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Ordered a grill on-line to be delivered assembled. Grill came in a box, unassembled. Nobody in the store is willing to take ownership of the issue. Someone said "well, you can bring it back", like it's no issue loading the heavy box in my SUV. The obvious solution would've been to expedite an assembled grill and exchange it for the box on the spot, but the store apparently has nobody willing to do this. I now have to waste my time running to the Framingham store to get this sorted, which defeats the point on doing an online order in the first place. Only question now is whether I'll need to dispute the charge with my credit card. Word of advice: Go to Home Depot instead.

We recently got a fridge man we went through a lot to get it. I just want to give this amazing men a round of applause for his amazing and out going help. if you need a nice gentleman to help you out please look for RYAN LOADER as he has so much patience with us like no one else did in the store with us... No one was able to help us like he did. We are really thankful for this guy he made us a happy christmas. And now we get to put our stuff in our fridge since our was broken.... PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A HUGE RAISE! He deserves to be a manager like no other manager was able to help us! Thank you so much RYAN LOADER for your help and making a family HAPPY! Best of blessings!
