Stephanie was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful customer service representative I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Thanks to Stephanie one call took care of all our auto insurance needs, she is efficient, understanding, and definitely superseded all expectations!! The rest of the CSR at A-Affordable Auto should take a page out of Stephanie's book when it comes to CE! It appears most representatives are answering calls from home and are doing a very poor job at it I feel there should be more management supervision or a better understanding of their actual job responsibilities! I'm wondering how customers are supposed to pickup their registration and stickers at the Milford, Ma location considering they are never open for business!
