Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Made some great suggestions when it came to buying a new turntable. Mark not only showed me how to use it, but set it up, balanced the arm and tested it out in the store to make sure it sounded great before I brought it home. Don’t buy audio equipment online when you can have this kind of experience in-person at Natural Sound. That’s the true spirit of vinyl anyway!

Been a customer since about 1990. Very knowledgeable staff. Outstanding selection of new and used high end audio equipment and accessories. They are somewhat challenged for space, but since the store was formerly a house, the various sound rooms are "real world" size and totally appropriate. After 10yrs I decided my dedicated 2 channel system could use an upgrade and I was very interested in DSP room correction, so I went to Natural Sound to check out some NAD gear. I was able to get an immediate appointment (COVID is still creating challenges). The store manager Larry met me at the door and introduced me to Dave who helped me with my search. They both helped set up a demo within minutes and handed the iPad over to me for control and experimenting. I was able to take as much time as I needed and Dave answered all my questions. There was never any sales pressure and I may have even surprised him a little when I asked if I could buy the preamp without having to "think about it". To top it off I came back a few days later and bought the matching NAD amp because it just offered more convenience and interoperability vs my existing amp. I was then able to consign my old gear to their used equipment room. Larry and Dave asked me how I liked the new gear and how it compared to the old gear. They seemed genuinely interested in my feedback. I really appreciated this after sales conversation since it made me feel more like part of the family than just another customer. They spent a lot of time with me getting all the details and descriptions right with the consigned gear and created sales tag on the spot. If you're ever in the area or just want to check out a unique and excellent dedicated stereo store, give them a try. You won't regret it.

Being old school I needed a new receiver and cd changer for my system. No matter how small the purchase, I was given several options to fit my needs and budget. In addition Mark made some upgrade recommendations where I purchased the Savant and Node. I have been a client for a couple years and the service and knowledge is second to none! I am admittedly tech challenged and when they set up my system, Keith and Paul were extremely patient, accommodating and user friendly. Mark and the staff have always been accessible and able to trouble shoot problems that I have with my system over the phone.... usually it's user error! It is truly comforting to know that the staff will continue to help even a couple years after the purchase. I would highly recommend Natural Sound to anyone that appreciates mid to high end products and excellent service!

Sorry, we don't repair this gear. In fact, most of what we currently sell usually has to go back to the manufacturer or whatever service center they recommend.
Thanks for contacting us. We work by appointment in order to give you and one salesperson the use of a sound room. We wear masks, of course, and anyone who comes in has to as well. We do try to "clean up-sanitize" after each person's visit. Feel free to call us at 508 879 3556 for an appointment!
Yes they do. Appointments are better. See PJ he's one of the most knowledgeable salesmen there. He's honest and has an incredible talent for systems integration and voicing
