Just called in and was essentially told that they were full but you can come in and waste your time if you want. I kept asking what the current wait time was the person who answered my call never gave me a strait answer even though I said that I would be going off of it just want to know what the current time was

Staff is always super friendly but I am charged inconsistently for getting my undercut trimmed. Staff at Wayland charge for a beard trim. Staff at Framingham charged me the first time for a beard trim and the second time for a full cut. I'm happy to pay but feel uncomfortable being charged differently each time.

I had an appointment with Jennica - she did a Tea Tree treatment . It was wonderful , she took her time and continue to advise me to relax and enjoy it . After that I had a haircut which she made me feel very comfortable with her expertise . She made sure to ask me how much I wanted to cut and how long I wanted my layers . she made sure to also asked if she was being to rough when brushing my hair . Overall I had a wonderful experience - the only negative thing (and why is not a 5 starts) a co worker kept rushing her while she was trying to cash me out . But Jennica was very polite and professional .
