Perhaps she heard a slight foreign accent in my questions? She was dismissive and absolutely not nice. I left the place not wanting to come back.

The staff that helped me was extremely helpful. They shared a lot of useful information that we were not getting from other stores. However, I did overhear a different staff member putting a hard sell on another customer - an experience that we were getting at other stores. I was very glad the second staffer was not the one helping us.
