They deserve the poor rating they get. It is the worst branch of this bank in Homestead. I ask for an appointment to open an account, they give it to me for the next 2 weeks. Then I go to the appointment and because I coughed they took me out "kindly" and they did not provide the service I needed. Really unfortunate. They don't have enough staff and they don't want to work either. I explained to the counselor that my daughter had the flu and that my COVID19 test is negative. They didn't care!!!! the last straw
