1. Understaffed!!!!!! 2. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3. Imposible to make any transaction. 4. No one answers the phone. This has ben my branch since I was 14 years old I’m 24 now it used to be a great bank when they had competent people on the job. Maybe that’s why most of the people have left cause they have hired the most unprofessional people they found out there. And since you all do not appreciate my business I can tell you I less appreciate theirs. 1 less customer.

Horrible service. I can go into any bank and deposit money for rent or anything as long as I have account number. I went into the bank on 288 st in homestead Florida to deposit rolled change. Now every chase bank has notices that there is a coin shortage so I came in with 658 dollars in coins. All I wanted to do was deposit into an account. The so called supervisor who was a short Spanish old lady working the teller at 10 am. Tried to tell me that she is not authorized to take any money from me if it’s not my account which I have never heard in my 30 years of life. No The fat chase bank teller didn’t wanna count it and do her job. So I had to drive to another chase when we are all aware how expensive gas has gone, I would never recommend this chase to any one because what bank ever in history denies any form of money?

Was coming here to get $2 bills and the teller said we had to wait for the other teller for the $2 bills. Came in 5 minutes later and happily helped us and they actually had a good amount of them. One of the very few banks in the Homestead area that actually care about their customers. Excellent service. I would recommend this bank 100%
