My Husband has been experiencing chest pains He's been to the emergency room twice. He called to make an appointment you cannot get through recording says they'll call you back within an hour if you leave a message. He left his message. They called him back it was more than an hour but that's okay. The girl said she had to check his insurance and she would call him right back. Right back it's been over 24 hours right back never occurs and when you call to make the appointment you get that recording again which he has called since early this morning and they still have not called him back. It took a lot for him to do this He's going to ignore his heart I wish they would do what they say they will do. If this is how they act with new patients I can't imagine how they treat their patients

Well you know every time you go to see a heart specialist you are always concern no matter why you are going. They make you feel very comfortable. Everything is explained so you understand. I just know I have no problems going back because I know I will be well taken care of.

We do accept Veterans Administration insurance which requires authorizations; however we are not familiar with the mission act and is reaching out to the insurance for more information.
