I felt obligated to write a review after seeing the negative comments. Most people are complaining about wait times, however, I don't think they get the hint when they are suggested to book an appointment. I did a walk-in appointment and honestly was expecting to wait longer than I did. Please allow yourself at least an hour and 30 minutes to wait, maybe more. There were people who arrived after me who were complaining about the wait times, when the solution is to either get here earlier or schedule an appointment. There will be people waiting to have their blood drawn or tests performed, so if you plan to do a walk-in, please keep this in mind. Regarding the staff, the lady who assisted me was very kind and had a great sense of humor. I don't know how you do it with being up so early and dealing with so much clientele, so I greatly appreciate all that you and your staff do.

Place is an absolute joke. 1 person drawing blood on staff. No one at front desk when I walked in for 30 minutes. Just check in at a electric kiosk and hope you get called. Don't come if you don't have time to wait for hours and hours.
