Where do I start? Maybe with the fact that the nurses are actually poorly trained cnas. Or maybe with the fact that they left a loved one and other visitors loved ones in poor, disgusting condition for an undetermined amount of time. This is not a rehab facility, its where you send someone when you want them to be neglected. Neglect is the key word here. Dirty diaper? why change it immediately when they can leave it for the next 24 hours. Bed sores? well how did those get there when the last time anyone attempted to move the patient was sometime the week before. Incredibly disappointed. If you send a loved one here, then they really aren't your loved one.

If you ever have someone needing rehabilitation DO NOT. Take them here. Filthy, staff rarely change there gloves. Do not use alcohol swabs when testing or administering shots. Food is gross and not nutritious. No one is doing housekeeping in the rooms. They mostly have people with mental health issues. That scream most of the night. Staff that yell at the patients. Very rude people working there.

Yes but there no good at night because I now people that us to work there and they said that the people now are not doing there job I was there the other day and you had people that needed there help they was just taking there time it was one nurse in the hallway just standing there looking and another nurse name Erica was doing her job and was looking for help to help her why do people that comes to visit there love ones have to change them and everything

The office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00-4:00 and Friday 9:00-12:00.
Yes there is a live Dr's office on the premises.
The workers have been impacted by the pandemic more lately. I believe they are doing surprisingly well considering what they're dealing with.
