I loved their self service area so much. The baths are big, high and comfy. You have several choices for shampoo but becare full it could get expensive if you start using different shampoos. The customer service is great. We will be going back out dogs enjoyed their baths

Robin is hands down amazing with my pit/lab mix when it comes to nail trimming. She is the only person who can trim his nails without having to sedate him. I appreciate her rodeo-style maneuvers and can-do attitude with a smile. Huckleberry says thank you, too!
