Vet name and tel.# and up to date vaccination records.
I'm an assistant manager there and Melanie is right. We're lenient for first time clients but after that, we require them. For drop off's that is. We offer self service as well (bathing your dog yourself) in which case you don't need to show vet records.
They let you go the first time without the records. After that you need to show them. They're great there.
