I had been there before awhile ago and received good value for my money. This time, however, I was very disappointed in both both service and attitude. I saw online that that they offered both a discount to both seniors and veterans. When I asked about it they said seniors are 70 and up (I am 65)and the manager acted stupid about the discount for Vets (I am a vet). Just shook his head, and suddenly pretended like he didn't speak English. (I speak Spanish too) Don't take my word for it, go look at their website and you'll see their offer. I don't mind paying a fair price, but don't post a discount offer and then reneg. So I asked, how much for the haircut. There is a sign on the wall that says $15. I was told that it cost $20. I learned that this establishment is dishonest and I believe racist. They did not know that I speak Spanish. I will not go there again. I do not recommend that anyone else go there. This business should not be supported by the community. To clarify, they have three locations, I am only referring to the Apopka location. I don't know about the other two.
