I had an excellent experience here. This storage facility is well-maintained, has good security, and the owners are very helpful and friendly. I had a climate-controlled unit and then a regular unit over the span of 9 years and I always felt that my belongings were safe and if I ever had any questions the owners were available to help. 5 stars!

We've been storage customers here for several years. This facility is well maintained, clean and most units are temperature regulated, which is a great in this moist climate. Staff is always friendly. Prices are reasonable.

It can't get any better than Indianola Storage! First of all, Leslie and Jerry, the owners, and their son-- and Ajax, the family dog-- made me feel welcome and at home from the beginning. They were clear and professional in their communications and expectations, and helpful when i wanted to downsize and find another unit close to my original one (for easy transferring of contents) that cost less. I felt complete trust that my belongings were safe at Indianola-- dry, secure from theft, protected from the elements, and free of bugs and other vermin. The units are relatively new and very clean. I got the climate-controlled ones, and what a great deal-- the absence of dampness and moisture and the even temperature made for ideal storage conditions for my wall art; and all my clothing still smells like clothing, and not like mildew, after four years in storage. I saw the one negative review here from the guy whose stuff got sold. All i can think is that he must not have been paying attention. If he cared about all those family mementoes, he would have made sure he remained paid up. You don't wait for a late bill to pay for storage if you care about those things! I had the reminder on my calendar AND on a monthly list in my checkbook to make sure there would never be any such trouble. A small thing to remember in exchange for knowing my things were safe... and knowing the Avilas, i imagine that you could work out another payment method so that you didn't even have to write that monthly check. Great, friendly people and a clean, secure place. I highly recommend Indianola Storage!
