There are better parks in the area and it's small. If I lived close by I definitely spend more time here but not worth driving out of your way to visit.

The kid park is kinda small but the pathway is really cool for skooters, skates, and bikes plus for walking/jogging with ur dogs! :)

The Mallard Cove Park has two different sets of playground equipment, porta potties for public use, a huge field near the playground equipment and also another one near the pond. The kids love walking on the pathways near the pond. The park wasn't crowded at all, with the few people walking the paths or fishing in the pond. There was even a "Give a Book, Take a Book" (Little Free Library).

Wow! Very nice and clean park! A beautiful pond with walkways to take a lovely walk or run. A fairly good size kids play area along next to a covered table area. Love that they provide benches all around and even big stones to sit by the pond! There's a massive stone oval table to sit at. You can bring your leashed dogs but absolutely no alcohol beverages which makes it a perfect family area to go to!! We took our son to fly his kite and was great area to do that! This will definitely be our spot to go have some outdoor fun!!

Its big enough to where you have space for your dogs to run free away from others but most dogs are leashed
The Fox says: "There are two sets of nets visible with Google Earth but there is no sign of any field markings... it doesn't look like anyone has played on them for quite a while."
No, picnic tables only and only a few it's a walking park with great scenery and views but there isn't a lot of park amenities on the top of the hill where you come into enter the park where there's not so much any scenic water or anything that is a regular park that has the grills and tables and covered area that you're looking for
Catch and release. Not a lot of fish in the pond. I think the herons and egrets dine there. :)
It has a few fish I believe it's carp and a few catfish not sure about bass though, I would be careful in the taller grass as well there are water snakes out there
