This a nice place to stay, it's quite and not to far from DFW. The concrete pads are spacious. My site is level as they all seem to be. The dog park isn't fenced in, so you won't be able to let your dog off leash. Elizabeth was nice and accommodating.

First off it’s an extremely clean place. Located very close to several shopping locations and the DFW area. It’s not a recreational campground, it is strictly a place to park/live/stay in your RV. There’s enough to do in the surrounding area that you won’t miss General activities that you would normally find in a campground. Management is nice and fair but there are rules that must be followed. The price is very fair for the area especially since electricity is included in the rent. I’m here in a long-term rental and I’m very happy that I chose this place out of the many that were available.

Nice RV park. Clean and maintained. Host was very nice and friendly. I liked the fact that the streets and pad are concrete. The weekly rate of 250 is reasonable but the published daily rate of 57.00 is ridiculous. All of the photos on the web site are long term resident sites and are generous in size. There are only 4 short term sites all pull-thru but only 40ft long. They are very narrow with only enough room for your RV. There is no place to even put a chair. We were in site 33 which practically puts you in a driveway. There is also a lot of loud truck and car noise in the morning. Bathrooms are clean but not very inviting. Would probability not stay again because of pad size and road noise.

It's decent it gets a little slow at peak times but I'm on the edge of the park and can get OK for streaming signal maybe not for more bandwidth involved activities and I don't have a booster

Cable and wifi are not included. At least not on the lots for $500 that are on gravel. The ones on gravel used to only be $450 but went up to $500 when they created the additional concrete lots.
