Cable and wifi are not included. At least not on the lots for $500 that are on gravel. The ones on gravel used to only be $450 but went up to $500 when they created the additional concrete lots.
That is correct as of a couple months ago. Plus they have some sites that are about $100 less, that are not on concrete. But they did just expand the concrete sites by about 20 slots. Very nice, very clean.
I believe they are 600. Cable and wifi included.
