Unfortunately no. They must be on a leash. However, there is a large trail area around the pond and if your dog is well trained and there aren't a lot of people, I would.
Huge park area with concrete trail and ponds. Well enough away from ANY other people. Been there many many times, and rarely ever see anybody at all anywhere
