This place looks nothing like the pictures! We booked for two nights to attend the Preakness events. I was so uncomfortable that I checked out after one night and took the financial loss. It's the lowest quality place that I've ever stayed in! They booked us for a smoking room and we had requested nonsmoking; they switched us to nonsmoking, but we had double beds. The TV was plugged into the room next door, the remote was filthy with no back on it, and the towels were see-through thin (I went and bought my own!). My plan was to attend some events and then just chill in the room, but it just was not a place for my type of chill'in 🤯

Rooms were not presentable, stale smell, dirty windows, no cups for water or anything that you would expect, uncomfortable bed and pillows, dirty carpets in hallways, no breakfast. I would never stay there again and only did this time since someone else in our group booked the reservations.

I tend to stay here often. The rooms are always clean. The heat and a/c work very well. The staff is always very friendly. The majority of my stays at this location are always drama and problem free. The one time I had an issue it was quickly and professionally resolved.
