Puzzlingly, does not allow you to use your paid parking spot for a rented 6 person golf cart? Someone on their board has political agendas against golf carts as they provide no explanation of why. So basically they don’t care about their guests or their experiences, and while that may be par for the course for some in SK, given what they charge at the seashell, I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Stayed here on the fifth level on the end unit overlooking the ocean in May 2021 with my family (6 adults). We had such a nice stay! The beach was absolutely beautiful and not too busy. There is public access right next to the building, but there weren’t many people using it so it really did feel pretty private. The condo itself was SO pleasant, with the balcony being the highlight. We spent a lot of time there! Shopping center right across the street with a few restaurants, little shopping mart and ice cream. They had loud live music a few nights but we could never hear it when inside our condo. Highly recommend this spot!

Great place to stay. We have been coming here for the last 5 years. They are older units but very well maintained. We will be back next year!

YES! There is also a Trolley that is free you can ride to the other sides of the island, where there are more restaurants and shopping. I found myself walking to the drug store on several occasions. The grocery store that is in walking distance has plenty of options, unless you are needing speciality options. We have a gluten allergy and definitely needed a car to get to other stores. This is one of the best ares we have been to. I also felt safe walking to different places without my husband. Be ready to collect shells, just make sure that they are critter free.
