We had a wonderful family time at this lovely condo at Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key. I love the water being so close to the building and for the outstanding views. The bathroom upgrades are beautiful. The only suggestion I have would be to put pillow toppers on the twin beds for comfort and king guest room bed for more support. Otherwise, everything was as advertised and shown in the pictures. We enjoyed our sunset boat excursion on Sarasota Bay with Fun Boats. The grouper sandwiches at Spearfish Grill were fantastic. Our only complaint was the week ended too soon!!

If you want to get to know the Sunnyside property manager company and repair people well this for you. Their BeachWalk A property was Missing basics like salt, pepper, bottle opener, lights, batteries, gas for grilling, broken dishwasher and broken furniture. They responded within a day to repair or replace but not feeling like a vacation. Also, the sleeper sofa was replaced by 2 love seats. 2 Chairs arrived after we commented about missing seating. All minor but adds up. The other property of theirs I rented at Cresent Arms wasn’t much better. I didn’t even bother to call property manager as this is apparently their standards. Broken blinds, no bottle opener, leaking shower, no bath mats, etc. Gorgeous views at a great complex but their unit needs repairs. New lanai is wonderful.

I do not have a brochure but I can assure you this you will absolutely love Siesta Keys is too many things to mention that will keep you and your significant other extremely busy and nothing but smiles from the clubs they have up and down the keys Island and the restaurants in Beach second to none

Crescent Arms only allows a maximum of 6 people in a condo .You can rent 2 condos to have 4 bedrooms. All our condos are 2 bedroom. We rent Saturday to Saturday only.
Please take a look at the website, www.SiestaKeyBeachFront.com there are some available but not beachfront. You can find beachfront if you are willing to move between condos during your visit. Regards, Ron

Hi Margaret, We have Nov 15 - 30 available. The rate is $2,500.00 plus 12% tax for a total of $2,800.00 There is also a $400.00 security deposit which is returned after you depart. Each property is individually own. Some owners choose not to display availability calendar. Some are handled by agents and do not offer updated calendars. At this late date you probably will not find any availability, most properties are booked up to a year in advance during this peak season. Thanks for your interest.
