Right location, right price. Quiet, located on the bay as your back yard, heated pool. Walk across the road a short walk onto the beach. Two mile walk or trolley ride to Siesta Key Village.

Very cozy and quiet place. Has a great view over the water. Pool area, tiki hut, and BBQ area were clean. Can't wait to go back and stay a little longer.

We visited friends who were staying here. The unit they stayed in was very nice. However, they had some issues with the management company and getting access to the private beach. The parking is very limited as well. We were in 11E, which was a very cute, small unit with upgraded appliances and counters. And a fireplace. Just wish the remote had batteries in it. Overall, would stay in this unit again.

It is not a hotel. They are different departments. I went to one for 7 people and I have nothing to say. It was super equipped and impeccable. We rent it directly through booking.
