Not even worth 1 star. Maintenance employees were extremely loud and started at 7:30am the entire week we stayed there. Waking us up each time. No celling fans. Ac unit was also extremely loud and sounded like it was going to blow up each time it kicked on. Elevator had a unpleasant smell along with being super slow and humid. Ice maker was broken. Paper thin walls allowing us to hear everything from above and next to us. Very upset with our stay at Bay Oaks Condominium.

Beautiful condo. We had Maintenance personnel in 3 times!!! No AC on 2 of the 6 nights we stayed. No ice trays and ice maker wasn't working. Then, the ice maker started pouring water and we mopped a mess and did laundry for hours! A full size mirror would have been an improvement also. We could not find access to the beach across the road because it was all private property. We had to drive to a beach access. We would gave preferred to walk to the beach (which was BEAUTIFUL!) Someone was in our assigned parking space the first night but the manager took care of it the next day. Great property, but our unit and the lack of beach access were a disappointment.

Very nice condominium. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean. We stayed here near the end of April and overall it was very quiet. The only negative we have is the proximity of beach access, which is not the condos fault. The closest is beach access 12 which is a 15min walk. For those that do not need direct beach access this condominium is great and I would recommend it!
