Did not have the best experience. It took over a month from my Neurologist submitting for a sleep study to even be contacted, and a few weeks after that for the actual test. After results are delivered, they wipe their hands of everything. This has been a very bad experience. I do not recommend this sleep center if another option is available.

Banner Sleep Center Mesa has the WORST customer service. They are UNORGANIZED and can’t seem to figure out what they want or need from my PCP. I have repeatedly had my PCP send and resend documents only to find out they want something else or something changed!!! They are NOT helpful and do NOT take responsibility for their mistakes.

January & Julie was and is awesome!! Listened to the issues we were having with being on hold for 45 plus mins, central billing, getting call transfered and being hung up on....she got with her mng Julie and got us some answers!!! Julie even made a follow up call 30 mins later just to make sure that we had all the info we needed!! Thank u ladies!! #bannerstrong
