Tha front office people at this location are so rude especially one called Sonia. She really needs to be retrained in customer service. After the experience with her today I will not return to this Cigna for any kind of service.

Met my new Doctor today. She was nice and actually took the time to listen to my concerns. Unlike most Doctors running in the room and be back out in five minutes.. Hopefully we can grow old together, I hate switching Doctors.

Dr S Kamineni was very helpful and took care of me even though I was having a really bad week with my neurological issues.
