If I could do no stars I would. My husband called and asked to see if we would be able to pull one of the trailers with our pickup, to see if it ride smooths. He was told no. Then asked if it is a theft issue can we pull with one of their vehicles? He was told no. He was also told they get enough business the loss of our potential business didn't matter. Brisk, unprofessional and unpleasant. If this is the atmosphere of the office personal I do not like to think of what it would be like handling warranty business with them. We will take our business elsewhere.

Just picked up a gooseneck for my husband. The customer service was out of this world. The price for what he wanted was better than any place else we looked at. It was a great experience. The gentleman that helped us hook up went over the trailer front to back. Even showed me how to hook up everything since I didn't know how. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone looking for a trailer.

If you want to work and if you want to weld this is the place to do it building trailer parts and trailer assemblies. The owner is very very nice Fair and generous, the office staff is right on it and helps you with every thing you need. The weld shop is put together nicely it's organized and has a good manufacturing flow. And you should see what they look like coming out of the paint booth! Very nice trailers with wood platforms or diamond plate steel either way you get a great great quality product. So the next time you are traveling through bradyville Iowa make sure that you stop at whole trailers and take a look see. Until next time this is Joe Nader signing off and wishing you a great and blessed day.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" is correct. Got my 20' M/T trailer about 3 months ago, worked 12hrs then drove 7hrs through the night to Iowa from Chicago to pick it up and then 7hrs home. Got home, loaded my 2003 Chevy blazer xtreme on it and towed it about 100 miles (so a total of 500 miles on it), unloaded, and loaded it back up. Looked at the back of the trailer and the paint had already rubbed off and was bare metal. That's fine I knew their method of painting instead of powder coat wasn't the best but for the price I could just get some spray paint and touch it up. Fast forward 2 months later and after a trip to North Carolina and back, I am inspecting the trailer, making sure everything is good and notice one of the leaf springs for the rear axle was missing a bolt and was sitting on the frame so I run out and get a new grade 8 bolt (none of the bolts are grade 8 on this trailer 🙄🙄🙄), replaced it and kept going, well Saturday night I load up a 1999 s10 single cab and notice my trailer is leaning a little bit and i say to myself "I bet another one of those bolts came out". Sure enough, the one for the front axle came out now. So now I have a truck that doesn't run or move on my trailer and bolt missing that holds my leaf spring on and my rear leaf spring sitting on the frame. They may have the lowest prices around but the quality really shows it. You'd think on a piece of equipment that is meant to haul things, they'd use all grade 8 bolts with some thread locker or something to help keep them in. They just tack weld the nuts on but 6 out of 8 of them didn't even penetrate the metal and I spun the nut right off.

We recommend a high lithium version of wheel grease. You could use any red colored grease that is disc brake rated and you will doing fine. ~ Craig

Their prices are much better then if you would go through a dealer and you can get it exactly how you want it. I have been very impressed with all aspects of this company.
