They definitely try to cheap out on everything by buying the cheapest parts and not always servicing rental trailers when they come back. The 1 semi trailer I rented had 5 lights burnt out on it when I went to pick it up. The owner, rod, does stand behind his word though. We had several cheap tires blow out on the flatbed trailer we rented to haul hay and he replaced them right away. His workers are a little complacent and need to pay better attention to detail and quality control though. I went to buy a used flatbed trailer today and upon getting there ( I live 150 miles away) , discovered that they had sent me pictures of the completely wrong trailer and so the 1 they had to sell needed all new brakes and a little welding done on 1 axle. They took a little off the price and I decided to still get it and take a little bit of a loss on buying additional parts since I had come so far. Just wish I would've known that up front. Overall, I would do business there again but would definitely keep a closer eye on things

An excellent experience. A knowledgeable sales staff that aren't pushy. They believe in information selling and listen. It could not have been easier to purchase the perfect 7' x 18' double axel utility trailer. As an added bonus you can register your trailer there too.
