TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! was hired and told I’ll get my schedule after orientation. TWO WEEKS AFTER ORIENTATION NO UNIFORM OR SCHEDULE !! They call to offer me a part-time schedule just to start working with them and proceed to offer me a 24hrs schedule… I haven’t work part time in years and I was offered a full time position. WASTE OF TIME AND I DID ORIENTATION AND DID NOT GET PAID !!! I will be contacting the DOL about this because it seems I’m not the only one

-Was underpaid and overworked -Was disrespected on multiple occasions -Was not provided proper materials to do my job -Was expected to do 4 peoples jobs -Was not treated apart of a team -Started working before entered into payroll -Had to hire for current positions and not inform current employee they were being fired -Do NOT recommend them at all. -You have to be blind and desperate to work for them to not see how you being treated -Lost multiple in office admin and management employees

What is the plantation that is Johnson Security Bureau. This modern day plantation is run by Jessica Johnson and Waleed Cope. Together this husband and wife duo run an antiquated and subpar security business. Every interaction comes from a place of demeaning and belittling their employees. On the surface they portray themselves as trying to set a higher standard and empower the community but in reality they have no respect for community and industry they serve. Jessica Johnson is polished and respectful when speaking with her white constituents in congress but behind closed doors her black employees are treated like subservient subjects. In reality they are no better than the security guards they pass unfair judgments on daily . Turn over is extremely high , you will not be supported or empowered , & you will be blamed for their inability to attract and retain quality candidates. If you've never read a review and listened, now would be the time.
