I called at 3 Pm and the lady said i can see multiple rooms in 1 day. When I arrived at 4pm and called 4x NO one answered. The gate is down at the shop as well. No type of customer service at all wow.

Don’t come to this place they rent u a room for 1000 dollars to move in then u have to pay 300 dollars weekly on top of that ... there is no direct landlord we tried contacting the landlord and the office nobody picked up and when we moved out the supposedly owner didn’t give us our security deposit back we stayed at 311 grand concourse
