Even though the parking was convenient. The dings, scratches, broken rear window and side swiped that I never had on my car before this place was disappointing. It can do better. You must be a really important person for them to respect your property.

CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I have a brand new white Mercedes and parked it here for about 4 hours. When I came back for my car the attendant became rude because he stated I came back earlier for my car and it’s parked in the back of the lot. I waited 45 minutes while he moved 6 cars just to pull mine out. When he finally pulled up with my car I went to check it and the rear was damaged with all kind of scrapes and dents. When I addressed it he said it was there when I gave it to him which was LIE!!! I know he crashed my car and tried to put it on me. He told me we can check the cameras and when I agreed he gave me the run around and said he couldn’t check them now and I have to come back later. I’ve been calling and no answer. I would avoid this lot but if you can’t take a full video of your car before you park it because they do not care about your property. I WOULD NEVER go here again!

Excellent parking lot! Very friendly staff, so I am more than happy to give them my business. This (great) neighborhood has, unfortunately, terrible parking. Sometimes, at night especially, parking is impossible unless you are willing to park 20-30 mins away from home, or park in a metered spot and are willing to wake up extra early to move the car. In a way it cheaper than street parking when you consider the risk of getting ticketed or--even worse--towed, by parking in a spot that is JUST shy of being a legal spot (e.g. a few inches into a driveway); I look at it like a form of insurance.
