The lady that barely speaks English did not have any costumers at all, no one showed to the appointment, and she still did not want to help me submiting my application that was ready. It's frustrating that burocracy...

After making an appointment 5 weeks in advance to get our 2 kids passports, they neglected to tell us the 830 am lady was sick and we had 2 options. Reschedule or come back at 12 with a 6 yr old and 1 yr old, take a number and sit around a couple hours and try and get them done. We had to reschedule 5 weeks out again, and we are lucky enough to have to also pay to get them both expedited , thanks US passport office for the awful service. This time we made 3 appointments so we can avoid this government stupidity a second time.

Walked in today.... I had no appointment. Sam was very polite, friendly, and personable. There were three people in front of me. I was there a total of 25 minutes and was done. Great experience! Just an FYI......this location is where the post office is at Tampa International Airport, not at the terminal.

Yes the Tampa airport passport office is an agency. Although it's normally a 2 to 3 weeks process for expedite service, I have seen it come back in 1 to 2 weeks.
