Sweets Got Me Beat

I went in to look at the rack that had Jersey/Shirts for $9.99 earlier today. I was greeted by the young man who was there but Micheal said nothing and he was standing right next to the young man behind the counter. As I shopped in the store, he was watching me the whole entire time as if I would risk shoplifting to go to jail. He offered no assistance but was quick to watch me no matter what part of the store I went to. I gave him a look when I did go to check out. There were other shoppers in the store but I stood out. Maybe because I was not Caucasian perhaps? Also, when other Non Colored Customers came in, he was quick to greet them in the store. I don't know what his problem is, but I will be calling the Corporate Office Monday morning on him. I was so livid and angry when I left. I said nothing to him because I know how to handle a complaint and how to send it straight to the source that needs to hear it. He did have nervous look that he knew that he messed up and then, tried to act friendly after I paid for my stuff. My total was only $21 and some change because I bought 2 of the shirts off of the $9.99 rack.

I'm a 9 1/2 W, Due to supply chain issues I've only found this store to have one. Every other shoe store in the mall had zero!

Sales associate Chris who works here could be unbothered to help customers with the simplest of requests. I purchased shoes to be sent to the store, they came with 2 styles of lace. When I requested the laces to be changed out, associate Chris acted very annoyed that I even ask that question and responded with “yes you can switch the laces out when you want” then when I asked if I can have it done at the store (isn’t that their job…?) she quickly grabbed one of my shoes while I was still taking it off. One of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had, I will not be going back to this location. I only came because of doctor referral. Bad customer service here.
