They try to make customers believe that they are a Government agency, but fail to tell people in order to Become BBB Accredited, businesses have to PAY A fee! This is a wishy-washy way to do business. How can you believe the BBB when they don't practice ethical business? Their ratings resemble their own business practice. Most companies don't give them permission to be put on their website. They deserve the rating they have! They also claim to be not for profit but to be accredited, businesses need to pay them! Totally false representation of the truth!

Very poor service. Employees with Attitude including rain, yes that's her name rain. Condescending holier than thou typical New Jersey unethical Behavior. Treat complaints horribly. But then again this is New Jersey. They go out of their way not to help. Ask for a supervisor you get the same woman that's been there for years and years and gives you the same song and dance. They work from home most of the time they're not monitored and that's the treatment you get like you're bothering them and like they're doing you a favor

I’ve been asking Lifeprint several times saying that my printer was not working properly and they had me put a pin into the hole and I let them know that it didn’t work. I have praised the BBB in the past from other states and written rave reviews and always felt confident in their abilities and 99% of the time my issues were resolved. The BBB is the only tool we as consumers had to be heard, but regarding my last interaction with the BBB of New Jersey. I have lost all respect and feel like they are no longer in the mindset to help people. My issue was with SAMSUNG and unfortunately I got a representative named "Janice" who was absolutely biased and prejudiced. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and I felt discriminated against that I actually called the BBB of New York on guidance on how to report this bureau. I was told the IABBB handles all those cases because where do you go when the people you sought for help turn out to be just like the businesses you are trying to report. I refused to speak to this person and she denied transferring me many times until finally I got a supervisor named "Melanie." She was also condescending. I explicitly told her I did not want "Janice" managing my case and she still assigned it to her. This person closed all my cases as duplicates and said you cannot reopen a case then proceeded to send notification from the very 1st case that was closed. I have never in all my years had a BBB reopen a case that was closed. My cases were not duplicates. They had the original unresolved issue plus new issues that arose. I do not believe they sent the business any follow-up. This bureau is corrupt, immoral and not for the people. Fortunately after having to escalate my issues with SAMSUNG directly (which I will never purchase from again). My issue was resolved with my own persistence. This country is becoming disturbing. Businesses are not held accountable for anything. Also, I noticed some people reviewing the businesses on this page. This page is NOT for reviewing the businesses you are disputing. You should be going directly to their website or google page. This is to review the New Jersey BBB which I hope I NEVER have to deal with again.

If you do an internet search of 2018 cell phone reviews, that can hopefully give you some helpful information to narrow down your search. Of course, you'll also want to see and feel the phone in person before you commit!

Thanks for checking with BBB! We don't have any information on either of these businesses. We also checked with the NJ Board of Public Movers and Warehousemen and the US Department of Transportation and didn't find licenses for either of them (movers are required to be licensed).
Contact the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. They’re the legal agency who may be able to help you.
