I really wished I did more research on this place before I moved in. It’s looks nice on the outside but once you move it, you will quickly realize you made a big mistake. The sound conditioning is nonexistent. If you are a light sleeper....you’ll be woken up frequently even if your upstairs neighbors are just going to use the bathroom because you will hear their every step to the bathroom ... you’ll even hear the flush. Its very frustrating but you’ll be stuck in your lease. There’s also a lot of neighbors that like to watch you from their windows .....it’s uncomfortable. I never really was able to feel at “home”, which is a shame. Only writing this review to help somebody out... I wish I had read a review like this one before I moved in. You work hard, you pay rent... you deserve to come home to a peaceful atmosphere but you will NOT find that here. Not family friendly at all.

Pros: *Quiet neighborhood *Decent price for the area *Central air *Good size *Pet friendly Cons: *Terrible “Sound Conditioning” (you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbor does and says) *No washer/dryer in unit and laundry facility is extremely small I would have given more stars, but the 2 cons are huge for me, therefore I will not be renewing my lease due to this inconvenience

Best apartment I've ever lived in. Quiet complex, very clean, renovated apartments are beautiful. Most reasonable priced we found in the area and have NO regrets! Kathy is the absolute best!
