Lived in the apartment complex for a year and never once had any real issues. The maintenance of the apartment and complex was fantastic and the location is great! Close enough to everything you need. Deena was fantastic! she was really easy to communicate with and did everything necessary to respond accordingly to any need or questions i had for her! She was amazing!

It's ranges b/w $1275- $1405
Laundry not in the unit but on the block you maybe on and you have to have coins just in case the card machine not working. It's about $2.00-$2.25 to wash drying you have option in how mins to pay for but it's only 3 washer and 3 dryer to serve the block and persons have a tendency to leave their clothes and forget which can be a pain. After a year I left because, machine break down often and damage clothes often. I buy clothes almost every month for which I have never done every!!!
