I can go here with my UHC secondary policy and they pay for the gym. I'm actually going as a part of my therapy after my accident. There is a walking pool that I use as well as some equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will show you how to use the equipment correctly. Cheryl keeps the place extremely clean and sanitized. The front section is used a lot for a physical therapy and the back section is like going to a gym for weight lifting. But all of the equipment can be used. I highly recommend Cheryl's place if you want to get in shape or just do therapy. If you are needing Physical Therapy you can just get a doctor's order faxed over there and Cheryl can get you to your optimal level.

The best fitness center in Okeechobee ever. They had lots of free weights and lots of different excerise machines and lots of tread mills, also a brand new rowing machine that will give you all you want. The owner is a great fisical therapy trainer. Go to the best place in town and check it out.
