The customer service could be improved upon. Except for Chad he was the most helpful. They did do a good job on my window tint, the linex looks good but they did scratch my truck. *Just wanted say Chad contacted me and we got the situation corrected. I'm glad we could get this straightened out. If you do go to Gilbert Outdoors speak to Anthony or Chad they will get things done for you.

I was skeptical of Hustler brand. However looking at the scag and John deere equivalent (54" with kawasaki) both scag and John deere are $2300 more. Chad is a good dude. No pressure from him at all. Answered question without roundabout answers. Credit process quick and easy through Sheffield financial ( which if you owe 100 a month and pay 300 it count towards the next 2 months payments) The 54" raptor is a beast of a mower. Its like if you put mower blades on a supercharged mini Cooper s. I cut my grass and I don't have too. Literally cut an acre and 1/3 in about 30 minutes. With roughly 25 oaks and pines. Great mower, great price, great sercive, no hassle equals happy costumer for life.....
