I LOVE RTC. I’ve joined a little over a month ago and I’m so happy I did. Since day one, everyone has been extremely nice and supportive, but at the same time I’m being pushed to challenge myself, which is exactly what I needed. What I love the most is that the sessions are personalized, so the workouts are tailored to help me reach my personal goals. Travis, Dex, Tracey and Kathy are exceptional at what they do and I’m so lucky I found them.

Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like small groups of your best friends working out together. How this works is you will work with a personal trainer with 5-6 other people, BUT you will have YOUR OWN individual designed program. So you're not doing what everyone else is doing; you're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability. You will still have the trainer right there; coaching, spotting and pushing you on the exercises that you need help with but there are other times you don't need us counting to 30seconds for you (take a plank for example).
As long as you don’t have any medical dietary limitations (crohn’s disease for example) we will design a meal plan for you based on your goals, your schedule and your ability. We will find out what you can comfortably do and work from there. This can range from focusing on helping you just mastering one healthy meal at a time OR we can get on you on a calorie or macro rotation based plan if your ready for that.
Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then your going to have better success at a Crossfit box. We are more of a Transformation Center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and a specific goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be. Crossfit builds you around the workouts we build the workouts around you.
As long as they need to be ;-) All jokes aside, we like to safely plan for an hour with us, BUT if you've been having too many cheat meals or eating too many Oreos, we've been known to hold you longer until we get you back on track. We don't mind :-P
We really don’t have a marriage to a particular style here we go where YOUR body tends to get the best results (everyone is different). If we find your body responds best to fast paced workouts, then that is what your doing; but if your body responds better to high volume (lots of sets and reps), well you can guess what your workouts will be like. I can tell you that we do focus on proper movement patterns (so you don't get hurt), mastering your body weight, THEN we start getting you stronger. Oh… and of course fat loss comes with the package
We get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of nurses for example), with that said as long as we can look at your, and our, schedules we will schedule you for whatever time slots we have that’s convenient. This way you’re not held to a slot that you may not always make.
We are a training studio, not a gym. The difference is a gym you pay to use their equipment during their hours of operation, a training studio you are at only when you have an appointment.
Times can vary. We have classes as early as 5am for you crazy morning folks, till as late as 7pm for those that want to get in their workout after work.
