We got our new phones from Sam’s and we’re told we had to call a 800 number to get them connected. My husband and I are Senior citizens and had no idea how to do this. Went to the AT&T store in Rowlett for help, Cory one of the most knowledgeable and patient salesman helped us. He went way above and out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He is definitely an asset to your organization. 😀💯

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Rowlett location and see them in person.
No. You can mail it in. Some stores have kiosk where you put in your phone number or acct number and pay with credit card. Otherwise hand customer servants your bill and you can charge it and get. a paper receipt or emailed receipt. They also sell phones and accessories.
