If I could I would give a zero stars. We were rudely informed that kids aren’t welcomed here. I told my husband I would wait right outside with our kids but the employee was really rude and said I can’t. Just a heads up people with kids don’t go there.

Employees are overly courteous and helpful in many regards. It’s a nice place to dig through random piles of everything in peoples lives that got tossed out. Sometimes not on purpose and you and can find the greatest of surprises.

What a weird experience. People waiting for bins so they can scavenge. Or hoarding product so they can go through it on the side. We got the boot because we happened to cross paths with a bin that was being moved. No warning or anything. Apparently their list of "rules" are not posted clear enough. It was an uncomfortable experience for someone who's easy going and not trying to bite anyone's head off.

Good luck finding something between the organized groups. There are teams of 5-10 people that just grab everything decent looking, take it to a corner where they pick through it. They have a huge section of the store blocked off just for others in their posse to sort through the loot. Some employees even help guard it. They will sometimes physically push you out of the way to get to a new bin when they're pulled out. They're there all day too. The greed is disgusting. I'm only talking about the larger groups. If you're there with a spouse or a friend, I hope you find some great things and stay for hours! Also, don't leave things in your back pocket. I caught someone trying to get my phone.

Wouldn't hurt!yep
You are correct and you don't have a return policy other than a store credit
Yes. The fire didn't affect the actual store, just some semi trailers in their parking lot. They're just not accepting furniture donations because they have no place to put furniture now.
I work at the RSC I am not really allowed to see all donations. But they are really gone through. Bye two dozen people
Gloves and masks mandatory. No children under 16 permitted. Limited people shopping allowed. Barriers at checkout. Carts cleaned regularly.
Hi Kala, 8am to 8pm Monday thru Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday.
Closer to closing time.
Did someone in goodwill really respond in that manner. I thought they helped people with disabilities? (SIC)
They do not sell anything that could potentially contain personal information on it, like an iPad.
Hi Katie, we sure, do. Our outlet store sells "buy the pound" and is open Monday through Saturday from 8am-8pm. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Goodwill staffing, try that.
