DONT GET A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! To sign up is a bit of a process and they don’t tell you the fine print /rush you into signing everything. Fine print states that you need to give 30 day notice for cancellation. So that’s their tricky way of getting 2 months of car washes out of you immediately. They are also tricky in regards to when you try to cancel this subscription. They require a “written” notice of cancellation… another ploy to get you to stay longer than you want. When you send your writing notice of cancellation they won’t get back to you. Therefore, now you are spending more time calling/sending follow up emails to get a measly car wash subscription canceled. Cancellation processes should not take a company days to do and if it does then they have a huge inefficiency in their process. I mean a simple reply to say you’re working on it or that you received the email request would make me think that they aren’t trying to scam you. This whole subscription process gave off sleazy company tactics all over the place. If you can’t make money in a fair way then don’t be in business… Just my opinion.

Mike the manager is so crabby it looks like he hates his job and when you talk with him it’s like you are doing him a favor getting your car washed here. If he walked any slower he would be moving backwards!! His demeanor and how he badly represents this company is shameful! The family who owns this company needs to make a change. Not the worst wash I have ever had but far from being good enough to tolerate such an awful employee.

Visiting in town and this is the best place to come take your car after exploring the mountains. They took great care of us. Extremely friendly and professional and they did excellent with the wash!
