My husband and I went to Red Robin last night and it was an amazing experience! Devan was our server and she was so good at her job. She was fast and knew what she was doing. She suggested the "Campfire Sauce" for our fries (I ate it with my broccoli) and it was amazing! All of the food came quickly and was made to perfection, hot and delicious. We had a slight issue with one of our drinks, for discretionary purposes I am not going to reveal the whole issue- because how well they handled the situation is what is important. As soon as Devan knew about the issue she quickly reported it to her manager Kevin, who was kind enough to come to our table and handle the situation personally. They were incredible and made the experience so smooth. We were at the meal because we were celebrating a moment together in peace after packing for a huge move and it was a great experience because of their efforts. This location is easy to access from the highway and if you can make it here it is well worth it. Keep up the great work 👍 👏

Good food and good service! For a burger place their pizza is good. Kids love the Mac and cheese. Server was friendly and funny. Got refills promptly. Great family restaurant.

Super friendly staff, got a table in five minutes. Love the bottomless steak fries!! I even messed up my order and forgot to ask for a gluten-free bun. They remade the entire order and refused to charge me for it. Five star service, excellent food. I can tell they have great rapport with their customers. And as a Customer Experience Consultant, that means the world to me! Well done, Red Robin Colorado Springs Team!

Excellent! First time eating here. The garlic fries were very good! The hamburger was amazing too. My son got the pizza and that was very tasty too!
