Steve and the crew at Barrett Motors are simply scam artists. $1600 and the problem was never fixed. All the extra stuff they deemed necessary was but the original reason for bringing the truck to them was never addressed. They have no resolution in place and don’t plan too. Steve himself said to sue them. I’ll never recommend a place any less than Barrett Motors and BMI finance. Complete and total waste of my time, money, and breath trying to get anybody up there to have any sort of customer service. If you do choose to do business with them then please be aware they will screw you over however they can.
