This was my first time applying for a passport, and the process was amazing. Ruth was amazing with assisting me with everything. My boyfriend and I were planning to go to Costa Rica, but realized I needed to get a passport quickly. Going through the normal applying process would have not gotten my passport here in time, so we applied through them. I applied for my passport on July 25th, and received it today on August 2nd! Awesome! The process was pricey, but was worth every penny. Our trip is on August 6th, and we're finally ready to go.😊

Ruth from the Tampa office helped my son last week with his passport… she was very nice, very professional. From the first day I spoke with her on the phone, she took me out of panic mode. The process was exactly how she said it would be, and my baby boy was able to travel for the summer. Ruth u are the best.. thank you for everything…

I was very concerned because I lost my passport and I needed to fly out as quickly as possible due to a prior commitment. I was able to find the “ Tampa Passport Agency office” and I was able to receive my passport in record time. Many thanks to Esperanza who was able to help me expedite my passport. Great customer service. Kudos to Esperanza. Very satisfied customer. *****

This was our first time using a passport expediting service. About 1.5 weeks ago I realized our son’s passport just expired. Since we have plans to go to Mexico for spring break I assumed we would have to cancel our trip since the turn-around time is a minimum of 6 weeks through the usual route. That’s when I found The Passport Office in Tampa. I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday to have the application completed. Then on Monday we took our son to a passport acceptance facility to sign off on the application. From there we went back to the Passport Office in Tampa to drop off the sealed envelope. Today, 5 business days later, our son’s passport arrived via FedEx. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s worth every penny to know we can go on our trip that we have looked forward to for so long. Thank you Yalexia for your help!

Walk-ins are welcome, though we definitely recommend that you make an appointment.
We can process a passport renewal in 4-5 business days.
The process is taking 4-6 weeks right now due to Covid.
They do the photos there
They do all the paperwork there. If you just want to get the paperwork you can go to the post office at the airport. They have a separate office for passports right next to it that you can pick up the paperwork
