Yes. Their gun smith is really good. Used 3 others. They are the only ones I have gone back to. Cost was fair compared to others.

The question brings up the question "had the money to do what?" A 12 year old CANNOT purchase a firearm nor ammo, but could perhaps purchase some other firearm/shooting type accessory. A person under the age of 18 may also enter the store when accompanied by an adult.
FFL transfer free is $30, includes the background check.
