This store puts UPS in a very bad light. The store manager Amy is worthless!! That’s putting it lightly! I paid 100 for a overnight shipment and Saturday delivery , that was not delivered until Monday!! Shame on this store!! Misleading and untruthful Amy whom shall I mention is the store manager, said the package will be there on time. False! They will not return the guaranteed refund when a package is not delivered. Will take this all the way to court, just because the dishonesty of this store!! Yes I’m Petty like that because she’s a liar!!

Tried to drop off just TWO sealed and labeled packages to be shipped 5 minutes before the store was to close. The woman at the counter LITERALLY walked from behind the counter and pulled the door shut while I was trying to open the door and locked the door. I only required a quick scan and to be given my receipt. Disappointed in her rudeness and unprofessionalism. This review is only getting one star because I can't post this with zero stars but that lady and this store does not deserve any stars at all.

Each time I have been to this location, the staff have been helpful, courteous, and efficient. They helped me prepare my orders and get them shipped as quickly as possible. My only issue was not employee related, but environment related of their store interior. That has since been solved by them moving to a different spot in the plaza to a fully new designed space consistent with the rest of the UPS retail locations around.
