Printed a portfolio with this location. They were super busy and I had to drop off the order and pick it up. I screwed up my portfolio with typos but the associate fixed it no questions asked.

I tried to ship two boxes to two different relatives. The labels were put on the wrong boxes. After a week of phone calls FedEx stated they couldn't give a refund because the boxes were shipped to the correct address because they matched the label-a correct label on the wrong box is good enough. Another corporation where the customer is always wrong. I will not use FedEx again.

I've never gone into a kinkos and left feeling good... They are the least helpful people I've ever interacted with. One employee was just wandering around personally abiding helping anyone the entire 20 i was waiting before i left in frustration
