Mi-Place at West Rancocas

We looked at a lot of apartment complexes in the area and Mi-place exceeded them all. A great location, very professional and friendly staff, excellent amenities, plenty of parking, and an easy move-in process were all things that made this the right choice for us. Aimee at the front desk was highly responsive and great to work with, and the welcoming atmosphere made it feel like we were truly moving into a home. Some notes: - For newcomers with pets, make sure you get the mount holly dog license and have an up-to-date rabies shot before moving in. There are many other dogs in the complex and a cozy on-site dog park split by size (over/under 30lbs). - Additionally, Verizon routers/modems may have to get installed in a specific location inside the apartment (inside our bedroom closet in our case), but the connectivity still reaches far enough to have little impact on upload and download speeds. There will likely be an installation fee. - trash/recycling have to be carried a short distance to outside dumpsters. Overall I highly recommend Mi-place to anyone.

Stay far away from this place over charge for small apartments. Especially my fellow military personnel unfortunately it seems they rip us off the worse. I moved out almost 3 months ago and I’m just now getting contacted by collection saying I owe over $1000 dollars. After I received no emails or calls from any form of management. I reached out to management to see what was the reason for the charge and received the response the carpet had stains our PROFESSIONAL cleaning crew couldn’t remove...I lived in a one bed room apartment by the way and I’m being charged over $1000 for carpet that had “black stains”. Just liked others mentioned in their reviews management is hard to get a hold and barely reply and unless it’s about paying them $$. I cannot stress enough don’t waste your time moving here.

I was stationed at McGuire AFB and after terrible experiences at any other apartment complexes, I decided to give Mi-Place a try. Not only was there an immediate change in how friendly Jessica and Devon were but just the lengths they go to and make everything work for you. They were always understanding and helpful every time I would deploy and I always came back to Mi-Place. The maintenance team is always helpful as well, they take a lot of pride in keeping everything in tip top shape and if you have any issues they resolve them very quickly. By far my favorite place I lived while stationed in NJ. Having a nice, clean, and safe place to come back to every night or after deployments made a huge difference and took a lot of unnecessary stress out of my life. Appreciate all the great people at Mi-Place.

We had questions about our lease renewal and Jessica answered them. She was pleasant, polite and welcomed my husband and I into her office. She served us with excellence and she's knowledgeable of her job. We asked her a particular question that she kindly explained that she wasn't certain about the answer but she would inquiry about it then get back to us. Which she did upon our next visit with her which was another pleasant experience. I've noticed the person before us left her office smiling and exchanging pleasantries. She's a blessing to the entire complex.
