This store has one bright soul, Gail. Otherwise, tonight at 9:10, was alike the other opportunities I gave this location since moving here. And I will not be giving my hard earned money to this location again. Your workers are constantly hanging out in a circle laughing it up. Even though AGAIN my food was as cold as could be, my sauces non existent, no utensils for food that blatantly needs them, product missing. And even when I go inside, it’s like being harassed at a corner store in the ghetto. Apparently your workers can’t handle being told that I need more sauce and have no utensils available. Still they have trash attitudes and talk trash about you on your way out. Although they/he didn’t have much to say when I went back inside to ask them what’s up, what they had to say, and what his name is. Stood there refusing to tell me with a scared look on his face. I will not be trying Taco Bell again. Thank you.

Manager argued with me, when I said I was missing items outta my order, told me to watch my attitude when i was simply speaking as i normally speak. Seems like they can never get my order right, I pass another taco bell on my way home but choose this one because it's closer to home. But after the past time where I have had my order messed up I will probably just choose to have luke warm food then have to come back to get my order correct.

I tried to give this location a shot a handful of times they keep messing my drive through orders up and my online app orders up adding stuff I requested off forgetting to put on stuff I did request the food is always cold and tastes old and dried out. They don’t fill up the tacos or burritos enough the only thing they can seem to get right is the drinks besides always adding ice when I ask for no ice. It’s sad to be honest I will not be coming back to this location I rather drive out farther to spend my money they team is slow and unprofessional they need new staff and it’s so ghetto and slow service

Slow service, forgot an item, and barely filled our burrito and crunch wrap supreme. :( We waited 20 minutes at the drive through window on a Monday night. I understand fast food service is rough now, but it would be nice to get a heads up instead of idling there for so long AND receiving food items so barely filled. :(

The lobby closes at 10pm and the drive thru closed at 1am not 3am
